Quiz Quail is a web application that allows users to create quiz content, render it into video format, and optionally publish videos to YouTube. The service includes AI-assisted quiz generation, a media library, theme customization, video rendering, and YouTube integration.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Quiz Quail. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Quiz Quail, you agree to:

• Create content that complies with applicable laws and YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Not upload or use copyrighted material without proper authorization.
• Not use the service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the service.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the quiz content, media, and videos you create using Quiz Quail. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and render your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Quiz Quail uses AI to assist with quiz generation and YouTube metadata. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publishing. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content.

6. YouTube Integration

When you connect a YouTube channel, you authorize Quiz Quail to upload videos and set metadata on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time. You are solely responsible for the content you publish to YouTube and for compliance with YouTube's policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Quiz Quail available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Quiz Quail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or content.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
